1. القبول والتعديلAcceptance & changes
باستخدامك لموقع وخدمات PHPSA، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط. نحتفظ بحق تعديلها — التعديلات الجوهرية تُعلن عبر البريد الإلكتروني وتدخل حيز التنفيذ بعد 30 يوماً.By using PHPSA's website and services, you agree to these Terms. We reserve the right to modify them — material changes will be announced via email and become effective after 30 days.
2. الخدماتServices
المحتوى المجاني: الموجزات السياسية المنشورة، مكتبة دراسات الحالة، القاموس، النشرة البريديةFree content: published policy briefs, case study library, glossary, newsletter
التعديل: نحتفظ بحق تعديل أو إيقاف أي خدمة بإشعار مسبقModification: we reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service with prior notice
3. الحساب والعضويةAccount & membership
يجب أن تكون 18+ سنة لإنشاء حساب أو الانضمام كعضوYou must be 18+ to create an account or join as member
المعلومات التي تُقدمها يجب أن تكون دقيقة وكاملةInformation you provide must be accurate and complete
أنت مسؤول عن سرية كلمة المرور وعن جميع النشاطات تحت حسابكYou are responsible for password confidentiality and all activity under your account
العضوية شخصية وغير قابلة للتحويلMembership is personal and non-transferable
4. المدفوعات والاستردادPayments & refunds
جميع الأسعار بالريال السعودي وتشمل ضريبة القيمة المضافة 15%All prices in SAR include 15% VAT
المدفوعات تُعالج عبر Moyasar (PCI DSS Level 1)Payments processed via Moyasar (PCI DSS Level 1)
سياسة الاسترداد: يمكن استرداد رسوم العضوية خلال 14 يوماً من الدفع إن لم يبدأ استخدام أي خدمة. الدورات: استرداد كامل قبل الجلسة الأولى، 50% قبل الجلسة الرابعة.Refund policy: membership refundable within 14 days of payment if no services used. Courses: full refund before first session, 50% before fourth session.
5. الملكية الفكريةIntellectual property
محتوى PHPSA: جميع الموجزات والدورات والمنشورات مرخصة بـ Creative Commons CC BY-SA 4.0 — يمكن إعادة استخدامها مع الإسناد ومشاركة بنفس الترخيصPHPSA content: all briefs, courses, publications licensed under CC BY-SA 4.0 — reusable with attribution and same-license sharing
محتواك: أنت تحتفظ بحقوقك في أي محتوى تُقدمه (تعليقات، مشاريع تخرج). تمنحنا ترخيصاً لاستخدامه لأغراض الجمعيةYour content: you retain rights to content you submit (comments, capstones). You grant us license to use for Society purposes
العلامات التجارية: "PHPSA" والشعار علامتان مسجلتانTrademarks: "PHPSA" name and logo are registered trademarks
6. السلوك المقبولAcceptable use
يُحظر استخدام موقع PHPSA لـ:You may not use PHPSA's site for:
انتحال شخصية الآخرينImpersonating others
نشر معلومات صحية مضللة أو ضارةPosting misleading or harmful health information
انتهاك حقوق الملكية الفكريةInfringing intellectual property
اختراق أنظمتنا أو محاولة الوصول غير المصرح بهHacking our systems or unauthorized access attempts
إرسال رسائل غير مرغوب فيهاSending spam
الانتهاك قد يؤدي إلى تعليق الحساب وإجراءات قانونية.Violation may lead to account suspension and legal action.
7. إخلاء المسؤوليةDisclaimer
محتوى PHPSA لأغراض تعليمية ومعرفية. ليس بديلاً عن الاستشارة الطبية أو القانونية أو المالية المتخصصة. القرارات الفعلية تظل مسؤوليتك أو مسؤولية مؤسستك.PHPSA content is for educational and informational purposes. It is not a substitute for specialized medical, legal, or financial advice. Actual decisions remain your or your organization's responsibility.
8. حدود المسؤوليةLimitation of liability
في الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون، PHPSA غير مسؤولة عن أضرار غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو نتائج خاصة. إذا حُكم بمسؤوليتنا، فلا تتجاوز المبلغ الذي دفعته للجمعية في آخر 12 شهراً.To the extent permitted by law, PHPSA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. If liability is found, it shall not exceed the amount you paid the Society in the past 12 months.
9. القانون الواجب التطبيقGoverning law
هذه الشروط تخضع لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية. أي نزاع يُحال إلى المحاكم المختصة في الرياض.These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes shall be referred to the competent courts in Riyadh.
